Founder, President, and CEO
Frank started his business fresh out of high school in 1975. Utilizing his pickup to haul equipment, he began in the residential market and gradually expanded into the commercial market. His innovative ideas for managing landscapes, willingness to partner with property managers to lessen their workload, attention to detail, and employee satisfaction are all reasons behind Carson Landscape Industry’s ongoing success.
CFO & COO
Majoring in business and accounting, Kathy has been with Carson Landscape Industries since May 1982 and has been in the accounting field for 40+ years. Her duties include corporate operations and growth, financial operations, safety, training, and employee benefits.
CIO and Business Analyst
A horticulture graduate with 30+ years of experience in the field, Nick has been with Carson Landscape Industries since February 1999. His duties include consulting, centralized irrigation, production schedules, production analytics, and improvement. Nick maintains several industry licenses, including California Pest Control Qualified Applicator – Society of Agronomy Certified Crop Advisor – Irrigation Association Certified Auditor – State of California Water Distribution Operator – Rain Bird Central Control Service Provider – Rain Bird Maxicom Certified.
Account Manager
Mario grew up within the company and started an active role in December 2000. His focus lies in developing our sister company, The Grove Total Tree Care, and helping Carson Landscape Industries with sales, account management, landscape budgets, customer relations, and employee growth. Mario is certified as a Green Gardener and a licensed California Pest Control Qualified Applicator.

A horticulture graduate with 40+ years of experience in the field, Mike has been with Carson Landscape Industries since August 1993. His wealth of knowledge in all aspects of landscaping is invaluable as he handles sales, account management, landscape budgets, customer relations, employee growth, and quality control. In addition, Mike is certified as a Green Gardener and Drought Manager and a regular attendee of Irrigation Management classes presented by Rain Bird.

Oscar has been with Carson Landscape Industries since March 1992. His 30+ years of experience have earned him great respect within the industry and allow him to handle everything from sales, account management, and landscape budgets to customer relations and employee development. In addition, Oscar is certified as a Green Gardener, Drought Manager, and a regular attendee of Irrigation Management classes presented by Rain Bird.

A landscape industry veteran for 30+ years, Joe has been with Carson Landscape Industries since February 1999. His depth of knowledge and client admiration only enhances his ability to handle sales, account management, landscape budgets, customer relations, quality control, and employee development. In addition, Joe is certified as a Green Gardener and Drought Manager. Furthermore, he is certified in Fall Protection and is a regular attendee of Irrigation Management classes presented by Rain Bird.

Interiors Division
ALCA certified with 30+ years of experience in all aspects of interior landscape, Pat has been with Carson Landscape Industries since July 2007. She handles various projects, designing and installing interior landscapes for shopping centers, office suites, hotels, and event centers. In addition, her duties include sales, account management, customer relations, and employee development. Pat holds several California Interior Plantscape Association (CIPA) Highest Distinction awards.

Plant Health Care Division
Jon has been with Carson Landscape Industries since June 2003. His 25+ years of experience in the industry is heavily focused on plant health care for fertilization, weed control, and consulting, along with sales, account management, customer relations, and employee growth. He is a licensed ISA Certified Arborist and a regular attendee of Irrigation Management classes presented by Rain Bird.

Renovation Division
Moses has been with Carson Landscape Industries since April 1989 and has worked in the industry for 35+ years. As a renovation expert, his landscapes range from small jobs completed in a couple of days to large jobs taking many months to complete. His duties include account management, bid work/blueprints, customer relations, and employee growth. In addition, Moses is certified as a Drought Manager and a regular attendee of Irrigation Management classes presented by Rain Bird.

Rogelio has been with Carson Landscape Industries since March 2008. His 25+ years of expertise have focused on irrigation for landscapes in construction and maintenance fields. His duties include account management, bid work, system evaluations, and employee growth. Rogelio is certified as a Drought Manager and a regular attendee of Irrigation Management classes presented by Rain Bird.

Plant Health Division
Paul has been with Carson Landscape Industries’ sister company, The Grove Total Tree Care, since June 2016. He grew up in the tree industry and has garnered 20+ years of experience. His duties include sales, consulting, account management, and employee growth. Safety is another responsibility for Paul, who holds trainer certifications for CPR/First Aid – Fall Protection – Traffic Control & Flagging. These are in addition to his tree industry certifications for ISA Certified Master Arborist – ISA Municipal Specialist – ISA Utility Specialist – ISA Tree Risk Assessment – TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP).
