In 1975, fresh out of high school, Frank Carson knew he was onto something when he set out with his truck and mower to service residential landscapes. From the start, his mission was to provide quality service to his clients. His ability to transform landscapes kept his phone ringing, and as time went on, his business expanded.
More than 48 years after its humble beginnings, Carson Landscape Industries is recognized as a leader in providing quality commercial and residential landscape care. Frank and his team of more than 200 dedicated professionals continue to deliver unmatched landscaping, tree, and lawn care services to the Sacramento region. Since 1975, he has never compromised his commitment to quality service and satisfaction.
We are lucky to have such a great team of dedicated individuals working at Carson Landscape Industries. It’s important that they feel appreciated for their hard work and expertise out in the field, so we hold employee appreciation days throughout the year to thank them for their service to our clients and us.
Our employees never stop learning! We believe in checking in with our team, giving them updates on the latest innovations, and updating them on new safety techniques to keep them safe and informed while in the field. In addition, we conduct aerial safety training so our tree crews can be confident, secure, and thorough when taking the big guys down. We call it “Carson University” – it’s also known as teamwork!
